- Preparation of installations (ground and aboard) for assembling and transferring the launcher
- Preparation of installations (ground and aboard) for launching campaigns
- Assistance during launching days (J0)
- Re-validation of installations after launching
- Maintenance of ground installations
- Management of Documentation, instrumentation, valves and material obsolescence
- Improvement and creation of procedures
- Improvement of procedures for working time optimization (from 2008)
- Training workshop creation to train new / young technicians & engineers arriving in Space Domain for the first time
- Management of 15 peoples during the launch campaigns
